This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is located on a serene 1/2 acre, privately gated, property in the heart of beautiful Playa Avellanas.

Professionally decorated inside and out with lovely local antiques and art work. Each bedroom has its own California King sized bed, as well as Flatscreen TV with Netflix and streaming, ice cold AC, ceiling fans, and strong WiFi throughout.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, along with a giant teak dining table, and 5 extra large incredibly comfortable hammocks to choose from.

The house has a giant family room, also used as an extra living room, dining area, and third super comfy bedroom, for those large family gatherings.

This is the perfect place for relaxation. The entire property is very safe, quiet, peaceful & secure.

It is only a short walk to the beach out front, as well as lots of local restaurants, bars, groceries and shops. Rental cars are not necessary. Enjoy a large variety of local tours. Transfers from Liberia airport (LIR), and taxis can all be easily arranged for you.
