Tranquil and Spacious Langosta Condo! A short walk to two beautiful beaches

Welcome to Casa di Malia! Located in the beautiful gold coast area, this condo is in a prime location to enjoy all that Costa Rica has to offer. This is an elegantly appointed luxury 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. It has been newly renovated and designed. Located within walking distance to both Playa LANGOSTA and Tamarindo, this luxury property will be your home away from home. If you are travelling with family or friends, this spacious condo provides tranquility and peace while still being close enough to walk to lively Tamarindo with its collection of shops and restaurants.

Casa di Malia is part of the nine unit gated Villa Guapinol complex. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The common grounds include beautiful sitting areas to enjoy the many birds and howler monkeys that visit the area. The large pool is cleaned daily and is a perfect spot to enjoy the water if you prefer a pool day. The pool also gets shade in both the morning and late afternoon offering another way to cool off. We have pool toys in the condo for your use and enjoyment.

The spacious and well equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook up some of your favorite dishes with the fresh vegetables and fruit available at the local feria (market) on Saturdays. And if you don't feel like cooking while on holidays, there are many restaurants just a short walk from the condo.

The open living room is comfortable and can accommodate seating for 6. The furniture is locally made and very comfortable. We feel it is important to have all of the comforts of home while away, so Wi-Fi and a Samsung 75 inch smart is available to watch your favorite programs. The large living area has its own air conditioning unit to ensure comfort.

Each large bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with comfort in mind. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite, and closet space to make yourself right at home. The condo is equipped with new mattresses and high quality linens to ensure you get a peaceful sleep, and allow you to wake up energized for surfing, walking, yoga, or other activities you may choose to enjoy. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with remote control to set the perfect temperature. There is also a double size futon in one bedroom with additional bedding to accommodate another guest and two small children. A safe is also provided.

There are so many activities to enjoy in Costa Rica including zip lining, ATV tours, nature tours, catamaran sailing, scuba diving and snorkeling, and sport fishing to name just a few. Yoga is widely available and there are so many fantastic spots right on the beach. Massages and spa treatments are also available locally. Casa di Malia is a fantastic home base to explore all that Costa Rica has to offer. There are many tours offered from Tamarindo with transportation included so a car isn't necessary. There are also many options to rent motorcycles, scooters, pedal bikes, or golf carts nearby.

The popular surf beach of Playa LANGOSTA is only a short 2 block walk from the condo. Take the beach chairs provided in the condo with you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. A fifteen minute walk (or short cab/bus/bike ride) in the other direction takes you to Tamarindo. There are fantastic shops, delicious restaurants, and some of the best surfing in the country.

While Costa Rica is a very safe place to vacation and live, this condo does provide an extra sense of security with a full time caretaker located right on the property. There is also a property management company that will ensure you have timely access to the condo as well as provide any information about the area you may need.
