Easy access to the beach from the Beachhouse not at the beach. Close-up view of the Cape Peninsula, the False Bay and as far as Simonstown. Not far from 3 golf courses and Cape Point. Many outstanding restaurants in the vicinity and just a few minutes drive to the famous Chapmans Peak Drive and to South Africa's oldest wine region Constantina. Stellenbosch is as well easy reachable in about 30-40 min. A big shopping mall is only 3-5 min away and down the road is a liquor store and a spar shopping center.

Newley renovated House 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 2 flatscreen TVs and high speed Internet WIFI Uncapped plus a Marantz Entertainment System with 5 indoor speakers and each 2 outdoor speakers on the deck and the BBQ area in the back of the house. Netflix South Africa included. German TV Channels can be arranged. Remote Alarm System for the whole house is set up with ADT Security.
In the Kitchen is everything you can think of and a Nespresso machine as well as a percolator and a plunger.
There are lots of towels which you can take to the beach.
Weber Barbecue for the best results. On the back of the house.
