It would have been a high quality room at one time but it’s worn with chips out of the porcelain. It wasn’t really clean but not bad either. The bed was really comfortable but very high and hard to get into. They should have a step stool but instead I had to resort to stepping on the edge of a wobbly chair.
Great location, super comfy bed, nice tv. It's always nice to have a mini kitchen. Took one star off just because facilities are a little dated and in need of repair (bathroom, window, curtains), and the check in time is a little late (4pm), but otherwise super happy. Loved the location next to wastach state park, some might like being closer to park city but i thought it was close.enougg.
We enjoyed the amenities of being at the Zermatt but were disappointed in the "kitchenette" as one of the burners did not work, there was only one small frying pan (no saucepan), nothing to stir things with aside from plastic forks and spoons, only paper plates and a few plastic bowls. I would recommend bringing a saucepan, a knife, a multipurpose spatula, MUG or cups...

We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. For a 4 day stay it wasn't a comfortable room. I contacted the owner with all there problems and didn't hear back. Would not recommend.

Room issues x5
The original room we booked was not cleaned, the second room the host got us into was double booked and someone tried to come into the room while we were there. The third room was also not cleaned. The 4th room was like sharing the room with the people next door. The 5th room was finally acceptable. It was clean and not double booked. While the host was responsive, it shouldn’t have taken the 5th room before we could relax for the night. I told the host that expected a refund, but that has not occurred.
