Wir bieten Ihnen ein großzügiges Appartement mit ca. 60 qm Wohnfläche im OG, mit Platz für 1-4 Personen. Das Appartement verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV (Sat-Anlage), Schlafcouch und Fußbodenheizung, wahlweise können zwei Zustellbetten ergänzt werden. Die separate Einbauküche mit Essecke, Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Geschirrhandtücher lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Badezimmer mit Eckdusche und WC rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Ein Balkon ist über das Treppenhaus zugänglich.

Schöne, moderne FeWo, nette Vermieter
Mein Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Die Wohnung ist modern, gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr nett, ideal sowohl für Einzelgäste wie mich und Paare. Die nahen Weinberge und der Steigerwald sind attraktiv.Bei längeren Aufenthalten ist ein Auto von Vorteil, denn der ÖNVP (Busse) fährt wie meist in schönen ländlichen Gebieten recht spärlich. Die Vermieter, die selbst in der unteren Etage wohnen, haben mir allerdings mehrfach angeboten, mich abzuholen bzw. zur TCM-Klinik zu bringen ohne dass sie für diesen Service etwas haben wollten. Bei Regenwetter habe ich dies auch sehr gerne angenommen. Ah ja, Frühstück hätte man optional für einen kleinen Aufpreis auch bekommen können.Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Apartment befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage (Ortsrand) und das Parken ist zu keiner Zeit ein Problem. Alles ist perfekt sauber, Küche und Bad zweckmäßig und der Wohn-/Schlafraum ist angenehm großzügig bemessen. Der angeschlossene Balkon bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick.
Der Steigerwald ist sehr nah gelegen, so dass nicht nur die direkt umliegende Weingegend, sondern auch Erholung im Wald sowohl mit dem Rad, aber auch für etwas ausdauernde Wanderer gut zu erreichen sind. Da es sehr heiß war, gab es somit eine schattige Alternative (Steigerwaldzentrum, Baumwipfelweg, Ruine Stollberg). Familie Liebler heißt ihre Gäste herzlich willkommen und sie steht stets für Tipps und Fragen bereit. Ich habe meinen Urlaub sehr genossen und kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Lieben Dank an meine Gastgeber!

Ganz tolle Wohnung
Wir haben eine geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung vorgefunden, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Auch die Lage und der Ausblick aus den großen Dachfenstern mit elektrischen Außenjalusien ist traumhaft schön.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Idyllisches kleines Dorf, mitten im Weinanbaugebiet. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand, herrliche Aussicht auf die Weinberge.
Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist mit technischer Raffinesse ausgestattet, viel Platz vorhanden. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, was eine schnelle Unterstützung in allen Fällen erleichtert.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Toller Aufenthalt, klasse Vermieter!
Mein Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war zwar nur sehr kurz, allerdings habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter war sehr nett und sie ist mir bzgl. einer späteren Anreise sehr entgegengekommen.
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, sehr freundlich eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Zudem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Saubere, sehr schöne Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeberin. Große Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Wohnküche gut ausgestattet. Traumhafter Balkon. Schlafzimmer mit Sofa und Fernseher mit 2 großen Fenstern mit Blick ins Grüne.
