In the house: reception, lift, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Public parking 15 m on the road extra. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant, café 200 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "San Michele" 30 m, railway station "Lugano SBB-CFF-FFS". Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 13 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria 2 km, Swiss Miniatur, Melide 10 km, Museum of Chocolat, Caslano 13 km, Outlet Fox Town, Mendrisio 22 km, Lido di Lugano 1.6 km, Mercato: Ponte Tresa IT, Como IT. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré, San Salvatore, Monte Tamaro, & Splash and SPA, Malcantone, Monte Lema. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished. ,The flat house is located at the foot of Monte Bré. It offers a magnificent view over the bay of Lugano and Monte San Salvatore. Please note: The parking space can only be confirmed and allocated upon arrival. Public parking spaces (blue zone, paid) are available nearby. Bus line 2 goes directly from / to Lugano station 200 m in front of the residence!

Die Wohnung für 2 Personen ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegtem Zustand. Bis zur letzten Kleinigkeit ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet. Schauen Sie in ALLE Schubladen und Fächer. Der WLAN-Router ist nur WEP gesichert, was einige Handys nicht akzeptieren. Sonst ist alles sehr schön, die Aussicht - einmalig! Kümmern Sie sich rechtzeitig um die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes über die Betreuungsperson (8,- Sfr/Tag). Parco San Michele besuchen (1,3 km mit dem PKW). Danke für Alles.
