Community amenities include another resort-style pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, a gym, and more. When it’s time to meet the Mouse, you’re around eight miles from Disney.

At home, you’ll love the spacious, open layout, ideal for spending quality time together. The chef can whip up masterpieces in the full, well-equipped kitchen while the gang gathers nearby. There’s plenty of room at mealtime between the breakfast nook and dining table, and the dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze. After a day of theme park magic, relax at home in the central AC, play in the pool, or challenge each other to a game of air hockey, foosball, or pool in the game room. Pop in a DVD and watch some TV together, or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi. Call it a night in one of six bedrooms, with the primary bedroom downstairs offering plenty of privacy and an en suite bathroom. Fall asleep dreaming of your first - and next - perfect Disney day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 200 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
