Get the relaxation you desire when you stay in this quiet ground floor end unit. No through traffic and just steps from the pool and laundry facility.

To spend the day at the beach you can take a short 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the pier/village area and walk the beach anytime but high tide. Afterward you can shop and enjoy all the restaurants located there.

This charming Oceanwalk condo has a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary items for cooking. The king size mattress is new and very comfortable!The laundry facility is just steps out the door! What more could you ask for?!

Pets under 50 lbs are allowed with a pet deposit of $85 (fees will appear in booking details). Please inquire if you have a well behaved pet larger than 50lb and we can discuss making an exception.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout is at 10am. Please place all dirty towels in a stack in the tub, take out the trash, set the thermostat on 80 in the warm months/63 in the cold months and load and run the dishwasher.
Please lock the sliding door and hit the Yale button on the keypad to lock the front door. Text me when you have left the unit. 404-425-4028

Holly is a wonderful host. This is the second time we have stayed with her and it's such an enjoyable experience. She has everything you need in her condo and is very accommodating.
