Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Villa - Quick & Easy Beach Access

All the desired resort amenities! Pools galore (including a lagoon pool), hot tubs, golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness center, spa, kitchen, washer & dryer, restaurant on site. This villa has a beautiful, quiet view of a duck pond, fountain and golf course. Recently updated in summer 2022, it's fresh, clean, and ready for you! ADA accessible. (Some amenities have resort fees.)
Walk across the pedestrian bridge with our beach wagon, chairs and noodles; or hop on the courtesy shuttle van and be there in a couple of minutes. Either way is quick and easy.
If you're enjoying the lagoon pool, order snacks and meals and have them delivered to your lounger or cabana. If you'd prefer something even closer to home, use the private pool (heated seasonally) for select villas.
When you're ready to venture out, you'll have dozens of eateries, activities and shopping sites within a 5-mile range. The hard part is deciding which to try first.
The villa has a washer and dryer, 3 Roku t.v's, fast WIFI access with Fiber, and desk area.

Absolutely enjoyed this property.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the host Annette. We had an amazing stay. The place was so clean and stocked with all amenities required. Close to everything. Excellent communication with host, so quick and friendly. Would 100% stay here again.

In 2021, we met our Nashville family at the gorgeous gulf beaches and emerald waters. What's more fun than playing with young grandkids on the beach? Eight months later we purchased this villa with hopes of making many fun memories with our Nashville, Virginia and Utah families. We have four sons and daughter-in-laws and 13 grandchildren.
Gary has spent his career in higher education, and enjoys volunteering at a local college. Annette is enjoying her recent retirement from working for the City.
We call the Salt Lake City area home, so we can't pop by each weekend - but we do come as often as we are able.
We hope you and yours will enjoy our home and take home a little sand in your shoes and memories in your heart.

What makes this property unique

Sea La Vie is an ADA accessible, ground level villa. You'll love not having to carry suitcases, gear and groceries up and down stairs. You'll also love not having to wait on elevators!
