Exclusive salt water pool home close to beach 5 bedroom 3 full baths-Large master bedroom (king) with private bath - Totally remodelled. Spa like baths with soaker tub in Master Bath. Ground floor bedroom with full bath walk in shower. Formal dining and living room and eat in kitchen. There is also outdoor dining and living / lounge area. BBQ charcoal grill, pavered area to grill . We have sun loungers to bathe in the Florida sunshine. Salt water pool to cool off in the screened lanai. Hot tub for 8 people heats up a bubbly 104* great for a relaxing evening massages. Located in the Palm Harbor section of Palm Coast. Close to Market (PUBLIX) at Island Walk, Palm Harbor Golf Club (10 courses within 45 minutes) and European Village. Natural preserve trails.. Palm Coast is close to St. Augustine which is the oldest city in the USA- 30 minutes north and Jacksonville for NFL Jaguars games and much more about 50 minutes north. South 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway home of NASCAR and 2 hours SW to DISNEY and UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.

Many close by attractions like St. Augustine Alligator Farm and St. Augustine Lighthouse. Hi we are Ricardo and Semiramis. We have lived in Palm Coast since 2011, we came from Linden, New Jersey. We met in Newark ,NJ 22 years ago and have 3 lovely children. I work in new home construction for a national builder and my wife runs the vacation rentals. We live in St. Augustine just about 30 minutes north of Palm Coast. I moved closer to my job. We love the beach and my wife loves cooking awesome meals and her gardens. I am a motorcycle rider and love to ride the awesome trails in this area like the loop headed into Daytona. We love our home *SUN of SEMIRAMIS* Me and my wife have put a lot of upgrades and work into this lovely home. It has a great beach vibe and a fun place to relax.

We love our home *SUN of SEMIRAMIS* Me and my wife have put a lot of upgrades and work into this lovely home. It has a great beach vibe and a fun place to relax. We bought this home in 2012 and added the pool and the bamboo floors we have also upgraded the kitchens and bathrooms and we tiled our garage. There are 3 eating areas - we have a big family also. The formal dining room the eat in kitchen and the outdoor eating area. We have an awesome 10,000 gallon salt water pool. There is a BBQ grill outside for your enjoyment and we just placed a pavered pad for grilling. We love this home and will definitely move back when I retire from my job. For now we will allow friends and family to stay and enjoy our Sun of Semiramis;)
We just remodelled 2 upstairs baths and they are amazing - they look like a resort SPA. You will deifinitely enjoy those.

What makes this property unique
The salt water pool and the 3 eating areas are very hand with large family events to have people eating in all areas of the home. Also the is a formal office if you stiil have to work while you are staying. The TV lounge is very oprn and entertaining. On the gound floor bedroom we have and full bath and an mazingly LARGE master bedroom. The amazing bathrooms have all been remodelled to look like a SPA with a soaker tub and awesome glass showers. The space is very relaxing with a South Westerly exposure which displays the most amazing sunsets.
