Located on a private half-acre lot, this amazing home offers a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a spacious driveway perfect for bringing your RV, boat, and all your toys. Enjoy stunning sunrises over the beach and breathtaking sunsets by the pool.

Experience the beach life you have always dreamed of in this completely renovated ranch home. With miles of walking and biking trails just minutes away, you will find endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. The beach is a short walk or drive away, ensuring you never have to deal with crowds.

- Basic starter supplies including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap
- Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Please note: zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper are not provided

Bring your furry friends; pets are welcome for an additional fee. Let us know if you plan to bring a pet so we can accommodate your reservation.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please inform us in advance if you wish to have the pool heated for your visit.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

Palm Coast Beach Stay

Our host was very responsive. The listing was as advertised. We had 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably for 3 nights. The golf cart is clutch to be able to get to the beach. There is a golf cart parking available at the beach entrance. Just don’t block the path but you can pull in and find a spot. Beautiful beach with just a few people around. I want to stay at the same place again. Get area to be able to access all the beaches nearby and with some nice restaurants nearby.

Wonderful property and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It was spotless and well maintained. The golf cart was super handy to get down to the beach (where it was very quiet and private). There were also a lot of nice restaurants close by.

Beautiful place. Inside very clean. Would stay there again. Management was very responsive. Yard and landscaping were very overgrown and grass needed mowing. Weeds growing over the top of the lanai.

We’ll be back! Loved this property!

Spent our days fishing and evenings taking the golf cart around to catch sunsets, grilling outside and enjoying the splash pool! This home truly had everything we needed and it was so nice to bring our dog with us… the home offers a lot of privacy and huge lot with a “secret garden” feel. It was spacious, clean and truly made you feel like you were at home. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable, spacious

We had a great stay overall in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Primary bed was especially comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. Our disappointment was with the pool which is listed as heated pool in the header, but requires a substantial additional charge. We paid, but pool not heated during our stay. Owner did refund us the following week. Pair of bikes shown in listing were not at the home, but golf cart was available as was garage parking. We would definitely stay at this property again, and it would be perfect for a couple, family, or small group of friends to gather and relax.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home!

This was such an awesome home for our family Christmas. There is lots of room both inside and out to spread out or come together and watch movies or play a game. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. The outdoor amenities exceeded our expectations. The golf cart, grill and fire pit were utilized multiple times. Had we not had a very cold blast of weather we would have been in the pool a lot. We are hoping to plan another family get together in the Spring or Summer. The location is perfect with the beach and also State Park and restaurants close by!

Best House Ever!

The grounds were beautiful!! The screened in pool area was our favorite place all week!!! The house was clean, and we had plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas! The golf cart was super handy, because it is a little drive to the beach. There is also a fenced in area where dogs can play without the leash. The property is wonderful, but you should know that if your kids want to swim in the ocean, you will need to take them to daytona about 45 min down the road. The ocean here has giant rocks everywhere and the giant waves would knock you into the giant rocks!! None of that has anything to do with the property, but i wish we had known.

Vacation with dog

Property was great. Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is outdoor cushions on everything seemed stained/dirty. But might not be able to help that if everything is left out all the time. Inside was really clean. Golf cart battery was an issue. We plugged it in everyday but some days it didn't seem to matter it wouldn't take charge. Definitely need a new battery. My husband had to push it 1 day to get us all the way back from beach. We would of loved to drive it around neighborhood but it barley made it to beach and back once a day. Would definitely go back again. Worked out great with our dog. Enclosed fenced area and pool area enclosed too.

Great Spot

Hammock Beach has become our favorite beach getaway and this house might be our new favorite place to stay. The golf cart was fun to cruise the neighborhood and to the beach.

Love this getaway!

We’ve stayed at this property two years in a row and are making a family tradition out of it as a sweet escape from Orlando. The home is beautiful, clean and has large entertainment area for us to gather for family dinners. Beautiful and relaxing beach retreat

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the sand and the ocean. The home was VERY spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, always accessible and responding immediately to our questions. We enjoyed relaxing walks at the beach and exploring the nearby attractions. This was one of the best vacations we ever had, and we can’t wait to come back again. This property is amazing and unique. Its located on a very private cu-del-sac lot away from all hustle and bustle but yet very close to a beautiful almost private and secluded beach. Back yard is a jungle oasis with fire pit, hammock and grilling areas. There is a very long driveway and a 4 car garage which will accommodate any of your toys. Boat launch is just 1 mile away at Bings Landing park. This is definitely one of a kind home.
