About this property

Brand New 2 bedroom+2 bath Casita, close to everything

Our Casita is in the backyard of our home and boasts almost 950 sq feet. Our warm and inviting Casita has vaulted ceilings, a stackable washer and dryer, central air and heat, a very large shared yard, west elm furnishings and a wonderful location. Dogs are welcome as long as they can share the yard with our two dogs. (Our labradoodle is the life of the dog park and loves to play). We are a short stroll to Downtown, the Iron Horse Trail, Starbucks and all that our charming town has to offer. Please note, we do back to Sycamore Valley Road and you will hear road noise.

Why they chose this property

We love Danville and it's small town charm. The neighborhood is waking distance to the iron horse trail which leads you to downtown Danville and all that is offers.

What makes this property unique

It's very warm and inviting, vaulted ceilings in the main room and a beautiful La Cantina door that opens to the yard. We have newly installed drop down shades allowing privacy in all bedrooms and the large sliding door.
