Welcome to The Emerald, a stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in the heart of Downtown Orlando's Colonialtown neighborhood. Walk to Lake Eola, local restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. 302 Mbps wifi. 2-car driveway parking. 15 minutes to Universal, 15 minutes to MCO.

The Emerald is a beautifully designed duplex that looks and feels like a standalone home, with its own private entrance and driveway. The interior features a bold, modern aesthetic, think emerald greens, dark tones, and abstract artwork throughout.

Both bedrooms feature queen-size pillowtop beds. The bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower that hits different after a long day exploring the city. The living room is spacious with a 75-inch smart TV loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Roku.

The full kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the 4-person dining table is great for meals, morning coffee, or getting some work done. Speaking of work, the wifi runs at 302 Mbps, so video calls and streaming are not a problem.

Parking is easy with space for 2 cars in the driveway. Just park both vehicles on the right side.

This is one of the best-located short-term rentals in Orlando. You are walking distance to Colonial Town and Downtown Orlando, restaurants, bars, wine spots, and coffee shops are all within a few blocks. Lake Eola is about a 15-minute walk, and the Sunday farmers' market there is worth the trip.

Please note that there is a residence in the back, but it will not disturb you during your stay!

This was one of the most charming houses we have stayed in. The host is a sweetheart and very accommodating. The area is just as charming as the house. Nice clean house, well stocked with good amenities, and simple but tactful decor. A long but doable walk to downtown Orlando (about 30-35 min). Good wifi, at least one reasonably firm mattress, and a table to work on. Two off street parking spaces. Good communication by the host.

Comfy and quiet spot!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at Modern Oasis. The house is pretty spacious inside and there two different types of beds to fit your needs. One that's soft another that's a bit firmer. Kaitlyn is a wonderful at communicating, she made sure we had all that we needed before we arrived and answers some of our questions promptly. The spot is near downtown so you can go enjoy the nightlife but not too near that the nightlife ruckus is going to bother you. Would stay again whenever we're back in town

Exceeded expectations!!

This “Modern Oasis” was very clean, very comfortable and very conveniently located to my granddaughter’s house. We especially liked the one-floor plan which was very spacious. With only a small step into the shower, it was well- suited for an older person, although a grab bar on the left would be helpful for stepping into the shower. The shower curtain was a bit short and I found that some water from the shower splashed onto the floor. Instructions were clearly understood, and the bottle of wine was an unexpected treat! The Emerald is steps from the beautiful Downtown Orlando. Right around the corner has great restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and shopping are all a short walk away. Take a stroll around the area on electric scooters or bikes.

I recommend going to Tori Tori for a quaint dinner or going to Chi-Kin for a quick bite. If you like Speakeasys, Mathers Social Gathering and Hanson's Shoe Repair is definitely worth the visit.
