About this property

Lake House Pets allowed

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage overlooking a lake. Close to several other lakes and dog friendly parks. Comfort was the number one reason when choosing the furniture and mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cook top oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and flat screen TV. Free wifi, cable TV, HBO, Showtime, Amazon and Netflix. All outside common areas and yard to the lake are free for your use. Optional access that includes: pool, spa, sauna and gym for $35 per accommodation(not per person). In other words the daily fee is for all the amenities. So if there are 4 guests, the daily fee is only $35. To heat the whole pool it is an additional $45 per day. It is a daily fee that starts at 9 am and ends at 10 pm and includes all the amenities. This fee is not negotiable. You can invite 2 additional guest for 10 dollars a day per guest. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 a.m. for all amenities. The fee can be collected when you arrive or you can prepay by Venmo, if you decide to purchase access to the amenities. No parties allowed. No exceptions. We need a one hour notice to heat the spa. Thanks. This is a common area that is shared by us and other paying guests. Access to amenities is not allowed until after the fee is paid. Access fee does not include beverages located in the pub. Please no grilling on the pool deck. One off street parking available. Please park so that two other cars can park too. Accommodation interiors/decorations subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Amenities are not always available to guest, we apologize for this inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times we the owners will reserve them for our private use. We now offer a professional office space for an additional 35 per day that includes a computer, printer, scanner, paper and zoom meeting light.

Great place to stay with a homey feel. The amenities were a great addition feeling like your outside of downtown! Local walking path around a small lake and short drive to all attractions was a plus!

Resort-like Paradise

This place is amazing! We felt like we were in a resort. The lush landscaping had little paths to outdoor seating and serene views of the small lake and tranquil pool and spa area. The game room/bar had fun for the whole family. Everything was well-kept and our hosts were super helpful. Will definitely come back!

Great neighborhood, very nice outdoor area and nice inside. I didn’t read the fine print that the gym, sauna, pool and game room are extra you have to pay for so pay attention if you want that and you can’t see the lake from the cottage.

Tranquil property

We had an amazing 5day stay.. property is very relaxing and tranquil with secret paths through lush gardens covered by canopies of mature trees. It reminded me of my grandparents garden house in Germany. I take time to look at the construction details and/or renovations; let me tell you no corners were cut. Decor was also very spot on and inviting, the accommodations such as the pool and game room was a huge plus. I am very jealous of the game room/bar I would like to replicate the same set up at my home and this did give me some ideas! All in all I would highly recommend staying and relaxing you will be thoroughly impressed.

A really special place to stay!

The house and amenities are superb. We all enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and playing games in the game room as a family. I especially enjoyed walking around the gardens and looking out over the lake in the morning. Jerome is a wonderful host. I hope I get the privilege to visit again.

This is a unique very nice place to stay. My family stayed there while visiting Disney. The hosts literally have everything you need at the house. They also are very nice. We actually forgot some clothes in dryer and they offered to mail them to us in SC. I would definitely stay there again

Prettier than the pictures. Comfortable and lovely. It would be a great place to unplug from screens, a demanding career, and theme parks! So much to do and enjoy right there on the property.

Spring Break 2024

We stayed here during Spring Break so that we could visit the Universal Parks. The local was only a 10 to 15 minute drive to the Parks. The property itself was amazing over looking a lake and was very peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed it and my 3 children enjoyed it and loved the amenities.
