First row luxury newly remodeled home with unobstructed view of crystal beach. The house has a large outdoor patio upstairs and another patio at ground level with a full kitchen and fridge at the first floor, and a main floor kitchen with a connecting indoor/outdoor kitchen/bar or serving area.
House has three full bathrooms. Two at the main level and one on the ground floor with outdoor shower. There is two living room areas and an open concept kitchen/dinning room/ living room great room
Fully stocked kitchen with all new kitchen appliances like an air fryer, blender, coffee maker, grilled, ice maker, popcorn machine, pressure cooker, and even an ice cream maker.
There are dehumidifiers throughout the house to help with humidity and make your stay more comfortable

A Beautiful Home

Three families went to celebrate high school graduates. The home was everything it was advertised to be. We didn't have to leave in our four day stay as it had everything we needed and more. The owner was attentive and helpful and so easy to get a hold of. We'd love to go back again! The view was absolutely the best part and beach access was an easy walk.

Great Location

You are about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Renting a golf cart will be a game changer, if you plan on taking a lot to the beach or if you forget something back at the house. Baher was very responsive and helpful with any issues that arose. We had 3 families stay here and the 2 living rooms were really nice to have. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much, we had a great time!!

Property is clean with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Property manager is accessible and very easy to work with. We had a large group with Adults and kids of multiple ages. The house was able to accommodate us all comfortably. Definitely see us returning to this property in the future.

The best time in a long time

Myself and wife gets to see our kids and grandchildren once a year we rented this house this summer and it was so nice and very clean the next door neighbors was so friendly it was like heaven to use big back balcony to set on an watch the water and the owner MAX RETURNS EVERY PHONE CALL I PLACED ( JUST a grate place)

Beautiful beach house

The views were absolutely gorgeous! The beach house is beautiful and is in a great location. (It’s close to the ferry.) The gated community is very quiet. There’s a downstairs queen bedroom/bathroom that’s only accessible from downstairs, which is nice if you want some extra privacy! The beds were soooo comfortable! The beach access wasn’t too far at all (maybe 4 or 5 houses down) but with 4 kids and all the things we had to carry, we ended up buying a permit at a gas station for each car to park on the beach. So much easier haha! We sat on the deck at night and it was amazing. There were so many stars! The host was incredibly nice and called us at 4 to make sure we got in ok! Our family of 11 made lots of wonderful memories and had the best time! We highly recommend this beach house!!!

Above and beyond our expectations!

The place was well advertised, we were able to plan out where everyone was going to sleep. The beach house had a room with 2 triple bunk bed...such a great idea for families on vacation so that everyone can bond and be together. They even have board games, cards, and other activities for entertainment. The subdivision was secluded that our family was able to enjoy the beach on labor day weekend without the crowding. The place was clean but because of the season, mosquitos and bugs were everywhere, so plan ahead! The host, Max, gave updates prior to our scheduled check in about everything we needed to know; from check in process, wifi password, check out, then followed up with us after our stay! The families we had visiting is considering renting this property again later this year. Thank you so much for letting us borrow your home for the weekend!

view from house was wonderful, house layout was nice. The house needs some work house does have mold issues down stairs room is not useable. Pool was not clean when we arrived and after two days a pool cleaner came and said they just got called and they have never serviced the house. The pool needed a new filter and pump the owner did come and fix, and he was very nice. but my kids did not feel comfortable with the kids being in the pool controls did not work and it was one of the main reasons we selected this home. I'm hoping they fix issues and the home has great potential
