The ice and water in the refrigerator didn't work. The pocket door to the main bathroom didn't work properly and needed repair. The property was listed for 6 people but only had three coffee cups. The outdoor furniture was two chairs and a small table with an unkempt backyard. There was construction on the ADU on property on Saturday and Sunday.

Hi Kevin,
I just stopped by to check the ice & water in the refrigerator and both are working just fine. I've been having issues with our landscaper, but the yard has since been taken cared of since your stay. I apologize that your stay coincided with some construction, however it was out of my control. Construction has finished so there should no longer be concerns for this in the future. I will also be working on replacing the pocket door. I wish you had told me about the need for more cups, we could have had some delivered to you. I will be restocking the cups for future guests. Although I wish your concerns were brought up to me during your stay so I would have a chance to correct them, I appreciate your feedback and will act on these improvements.
Very nice updated home, perfect for our group of four. Easy access to Portland and surrounding area, fully stocked had everything we needed. Would recommend to all looking to stay in the Portland area.
The house was great! Perfect size for a small group of friends. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had almost anything you would need. The host was extremely responsive to all our needs and friendly.
We had a great stay here. All the rooms were a good size, and the large backyard was perfect for our kids’ Easter egg hunt. We enjoyed walking down to the local brewpubs and taking trips to the wooden shoe tulip farm and the Aviation museum at McMinnville. We were very comfortable here, and recommend it.
A week away with a friend was absolutely perfect thanks to this charming little house. We did yoga in the back yard, enjoyed fast WiFi, watched movies, made snacks in the cute kitchen, had plenty of hot water, and overall loved it. Would totally stay here again, with other adults or kids!
The property was spacious and comfortable and perfect for myself, my husband and our two teenage daughters. It was also conveniently located near shops and a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a great stay for a last minute weekend trip with the family. Home is spacious, comfortable beds, good access to extra towels and blankets if needed. Minutes away from shopping areas for any shopping necessities and good restaurants to choose from. Excellent host and responds within minutes. Definitely recommend!

Everything Promised
We were impressed. House was much more than expected! Comfortable and cool in the weekend heat. Great location for us!!
My husband and I, along with three of our kids traveled up to Oregon for our niece's wedding. This house was the perfect fit for our family. The house was clean and cute, with a great layout! The location was just right being only about 5 minutes from my brother's house. I would definitely stay again.
The house was really nice, missing a few kitchen items that would be helpful for making your own food but I suggested them to the owner so hopefully they will purchase for the next renters.
The beautiful backyard pictured was only half mowed and the back deck gets like a sauna in the sun. We were looking forward to spending time out there but didn't because of the heat.
The curtains let in a lot of light, which is nice during the day but not for sleeping if you prefer the dark, so bring your eye mask.
Overall a quiet, nice neighborhood. There is a playground you can walk to, 5 mins away.
Great location, close to Portland, wineries and Outlet shopping. Bright and modern house, with electrical outlet close enough to driveway for trickle charging an PHEV or EV car. The area is super quiet. Central air conditioning was great for a super comfortable stay in the hot summer. 3 bedrooms in total, to sleep up to 6 people. The primary bedroom has a big ensuite bathroom. One other bedroom has a powder room attached to it. And there is a full bathroom in the between 2 bedrooms. Owner is responsive to questions, answers mesaages quickly. It is in need of a few comforts of home in the kitchen (e.g. mixing bowl, bigger frying pan, a few more dishes, a dish rack, hand soap), bedrooms, and living area, but these can be easily remedied if the owner stocks a few more supplies to make it more comfortable, especially if you are traveling with a group of 4 or more.
House was clean & comfy. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. There were quite a few towels, however they were small sized bath towels. We had to use the same towels over and over because the 2 bottles of laundry soap that were in the cupboard were empty. The most frustrating part was the construction happening at 8 a.m. within 8 feet of the master bedroom window, that we were not informed about. Our flights were delayed so we didn’t not get to the house until 4:30 a.m then to wake up to hammering, sawing, drilling, men talking etc. at 8 a.m was not pleasant. Even if our flights hadn’t been delayed it would have been nice to know we would be battling the noise our entire stay. After bringing it to the owners attention, they asked our schedule so they could arrange with the workers a better time to work, which was thoughtful, yet still annoying to listen to. Overall the stay was fine and in a central location for the softball tournament we were in the area for.
