Ground level, pristinely clean very spacious studio with large windows has an open floor design and relaxing feel. Large kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker , toaster as well as full size washer and dryer. Super convenient, paved parking spot and lots of space for a furry companion to run around in the back yard. We love the positive and zen feel of this unit. Close to Max, freeways, shopping center, movie theater and NIKE campus, Washington Park, Zoo, Japanese Gardens as well as nature walks.

I have a caring and loving partner by my side (for over two years now) a 14 year old chihuahua (she has 14 teeth and mostly sleeps, unless we are at the beach, then the clock turns back 10 years and she runs around like a puppy). I have two daughters - my pride and joy! My mom, who recently became blind in one eye. I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for selecting our studio!
