This lovely duplex was just remodeled. Is cozy and comfortable
A block away from the Indian River Lagoon. All fenced in large yard(shared with next door guest) Has full kitchen, dishwasher, beach chairs, beach towels and a laundry room. All you need to bring is your clothes . This house is close to US sailing center, Indian Riverside Park, and Jensen beach boat ramp. The beach is about 10 minutes drive from the house. The home is a perfect holiday getaway to soak in same Florida sunshine.

It was a work trip .perfect for me. Super quiet, which is what I prefer .. awesome privacy. Very clean .kitchen was set up adequately. Nice touch on the coffee maker with the supplied coffee. tried to book it for my next trip, but it’s already booked so people don’t procrastinate.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely be back. The Host is great to work with. So close to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches. It has a really large yard which was perfect for our dog.

Wonderful Retreat

The cottage was absolutely perfect! The spacious back yard is a big bonus with pets; comfy bed, kitchen, updated bathroom and cozy living area. Rosemary was helpful during my stay. I will certainly stay here again.

Location was excellent, so close to many shops, restaurants and the beach

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The yard is fenced in and private with a patio and grill. Can't beat the location. Host was very responsive and very nice.

Lovely place in Jensen beach

The property is exactly as pictured and has a great yard if you’re traveling with a pet! You are located closely to downtown and it is a quick drive to the beach or neighboring towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful during my stay.

Great location

Property was very comfortable and clean. Check in very easy. Many extra amenities such as beach chairs etc. within walking distance of downtown and park. Train whistle was not an issue. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice sitting area in yard.

Just Right

We visited Jensen Beach for the 2024 International Fly Fishing Film Festival and this cottage was just right to suit our needs. It was clean and comfortable with a large fenced in backyard, and close to all of our points of interest. Check in was a breeze and everything was seamless. Thank you, we'd love to come again.

Slice Of Paradise

The owners work tirelessly to keep this property clean and well maintained. If you are traveling with a pet the large fenced back yard is absolutely great. We stayed for 3 months and were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

So relaxing

We really enjoyed the big outside area/fenced in yard. We sat out there a lot with our little dog. The inside was perfect for us. Just the amount of room we needed for the two of us. It was a very comfortable apartment. We would rent again.

Nice clean cottage but NOT on a nice street. Felt like sand was on our bottom sheet when we crawled in. Also, lock on gate would not latch properly.

My stay

The property was nice, just a couple issues were problematic: the train runs fairly close, so the whistle is regular until late at night. The heat did NOT work, so it was chilly. Not an issue if your visiting in the summer, but I was there during a cold week and I definitely had to keep a sweeter on.

This is a remodeled historical house , located in a older historical side of Jensen beach which it is developing rapidly .We are a short distance to the US Sailing Center of Martin County, the Indian Riverside park and the Children's Museum of The Treasure Coast. There are free parking all over the Jensen Beach town, including the beach and parks.
