About this property

Beautiful little two bedroom cottage in scenic Jensen Beach.

Just out your front door is Langford Park in the Scenic Fishing Village of Rio. Walk to fishing, wind surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, boat rentals and other water sports.
Rio is one of the oldest areas of Florida and home to the original Pineapple Plantations on the Indian River. Langford Park is across the street. A lot of fine dining restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. House is fully renovated with brand new gourmet kitchen, new bathroom and large screen TV. This is a seasonal property. Rates may change at anytime.

* We are a non-smoking / non- pet friendly Cottage. We understand that some families have service pets and by law we have to allow these families the right to rent our cottage. However if you have a service pet and want to rent the cottage you must submit a letter from your Vet stating that the pet is a service animal and there will be an additional cleaning fee of $200.00.

The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you will need. The large appliances are new. There is an area to grill out back. As they say, location is key. This rental is near parks, dinning and close to shopping. We experienced unseasonably cold temps the week we stayed and did not have heat. The Property Manager, Grant was more than accommodating and responsive to our needs. He made the stay. We were considering leaving and if it had not been for him, we would have been on the next flight home.

It was exactly as presented, perfect for my daughter and me. Loved the spacious, up-to-date kitchen. I hope we can return next year, the location is great and fit our budget. If we had any suggestions for improvement, it would be grab bars in the walk-in shower (we found a walker at a thrift shop that we put in the shower), my daughter has serious balance issues. Also, a working plug in the bathroom, though we easily remedied with an extension cord. Safe neighborhood for strolling, right across the street from Langford Park, named for land donor Frances Langford. And what's not to love about the nearby "Morning Magnolia" mobile coffee establishment.

Cute cottage located in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very nice and responsive. Cottage had all we needed for our two night stay. Full kitchen with everything we needed if we wanted to cook. After finding out we couldn't stay in our original location we were able to book this small cottage on very short notice. The host was very accommodating in letting us check in early and very very responsive in fixing a small maintenance issue. Good location, comfortable and quiet and easy to get to Stuart and Jensen downtown areas. Would stay here again without question.
