Communication with the host, Anne, was fantastic before and during our stay. Her replies to questions all came in under 30 mins.The condo was very clean, and even better than the pictures. The condo, building and neighborhood were all quiet.The views of the water and marina were also better than anticipated, compared to the listing pictures.The location was fantastic for us. Very close to CIC, the ferry’s, restaurants & breweries and Sandusky (easy 30 min drive). If you’re looking for a cozy condo, I highly recommend!

This is a great space for my small family group. Clean space and good location, nice pool and splash pad for the children. This host pays attention to every small detail and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a great stay!

Comfortable and very pleasantly decorated. Location is perfect to watch boats go by on the way to the lake. We stayed a week and it was perfect as we were vacationing with family nearby. Clean new towels and stocked kitchen for simple meals as needed. Anne our host was very communicative and helpful.

Great place to stay!

The owners were great, very accommodating and responsive! The condo was perfect for us and in a great location to hit the ferry’s to other islands and not far from cedar point! We would definitely return!

Lovely, clean property in close proximity to the lake and other local attractions. Owner was helpful and clear about check-in process. Check out instructions needed a little updating, but owner was flexible and communicative.

Our anniversary

It was such fun to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed to help us grill and cook while we were there. Definitely a place I would stay again.

Amazing Getaway

My husband and I came into town for a family vacation. Anne and John’s place offered a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle that comes with family vacation and offered an amazing view of the marina. The property was exactly what was listed, and they responded to our messages in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation.

Family Vacation

Great condo as advertised. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Process to check in was easy and Anne was a great communicator through out the process. The pool and neighborhood were also nice. Everyone was very friendly and a quiet area. Overall a great place to stay if you are looking for a getaway on the lake.
