Beautiful home! Exceptionally clean and tidy. This home had all the things you don’t want to have to think about bringing- dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, body wash, qtips and tissues!

Why they chose this property

Welcome to beautiful Waterview at Baypoint! This new villa is a great getaway for individuals or the entire family. This new construction 3 bedroom unit is neat and clean and ready to host your Vacationland getaway retreat which includes an in unit laundry and attached one car garage. A great place to relax after enjoying area attractions!

What makes this property unique

The front deck is a great spot to hang out and includes patio furniture for relaxing. An active bald eagle nest is within view of the deck.
The clubhouse is 100 feet away and includes a pool, lounges, workout area and saunas. Cedar Point can be seen from Baypoint and is a short 30 minute car ride or 10 minute boat ride away. The Lake Erie Island ferry boats are also very close, the ferries can take you to Put in Bay and Kelly’s island. Around the corner is the most photographed lighthouse in the Great Lakes, the Marblehead lighthouse. Find yourself shopping and dining at the quaint downtown Marblehead. Welcome to Vacationland!
