Great location

Shantel was an excellent host during our stay, making it our second year renting from her. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the pier and beach. Highly recommended!

Nice and close to the Pier

Easy check in and close to everything yet quiet. The AC wasn’t in the bedroom but that was the only complaint.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to anything you went or need in OOB. Grocery store only a 4 minute drive. Cons:Only ONE bedroom. We had to wash everything we packed because it all smelled of cigarette smoke.

Clean, spacious, and wonderfully located

Stay was great! Nice view of Memorial Park. Location was perfect.. walking distance to Palace Playland, beach, tennis, and basketball courts, many restaurants, and arcades. Kids loved it! Host was great! Always replied promptly to messages. Planning on returning!

Great location

Location was great for walking to the beach, pier and restaurants. Nice layout inside, well-stocked kitchen and nice decor. There was a lingering smoke smell in the apartment but luckily not in the bedroom. There were sheets and towels left in the dryer and lots of dirt under the hallway runner. We enjoyed hearing live music from a nearby club on this second floor deck.

Perfect Family Trip

If you are a small family looking for a place to stay, this is your spot. We had plenty of room, the kitchen had exactly what we needed to cook 2/3 meals at home so we could splurge on eating out for the others. We really enjoyed our breakfast and coffee on the back deck while we listened to the sounds of beach life and were close enough to everything that we could do a beach activity, make a stop back at home to change, and return to the pier/waterfront to go out to eat for dinner. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. You won’t regret booking here. We had a wonderful time and hope to return again.

PROS: Fantastic location within walking distance of everything. Property overlooks Veterans Memorial Park with views of amusement park and nice partial ocean views. You can see the Thursday night fireworks from the deck. Owner was very easy to communicate with and had a quick response time if there were any questions. The unit was clean and has a great setup.CONS: The shower handle needs to be fixed and was difficult to use and adjust the water temperature, which could get very hot. This was advertised as a non smoking unit but the unit had a strong stale cigarette smell as soon as you walked in the door and was especially strong in the kitchen/ living area.

Expected better for price.

The condo itself was nice but somewhat outdated. Towels were very limited and old. None were in the kitchen or bathrooms. Had to find the paper towels and there was no blow dryer. View of ocean was very obscured by overgrown trees. The complex was old and needs outside work. Hearing the Amtrak train multiple times in the very early morning hours was annoying. It was a help to be able to walk to beach and boardwalk. Wouldn’t rent condo again. Felt it was overpriced.
