Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Overlooking the Pier. Brand new Luxury condo, sleeps 8, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is top of the line! This spacious condo has 2 full bedrooms with decks. Ocean breeze, crashing on the pier. Place play land, beach, the night life and more. A modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Granite counter tops.

There is also a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher in the condo.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT!

Our seven-mile long stretch of wide sandy beach is understandably the major attraction. But when visiting Old Orchard Beach there is a full range of things available to see and do in and around the Old Orchard Beach area.

Palace Playland - Maine's premier beachfront amusement park. Giant arcade, beautiful carousel, Kiddieland. Gondola Ferris Wheel and Galaxy Coaster. Open Memorial Day to Labor Day.


Pool: Guests can also enjoy relaxing in the common indoor heated pool overlooking the ocean, a sauna, and exercise room is also available.

Family getaway for all ages

Our mom is in a wheelchair and was able to get out on the balcony and see the ocean during the day, and still be around to take out to eat with all of us when we went out. We had a 4 year old and a 75 year old and 6 of us in between. The Palace Playland next door, as well as the beach, the pier, and many shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very responsive.

Excellent Location

We had a great time at your property, definitely would recommend for the close proximity to beach and all the exciting places to see in the downtown area. I enjoy visiting Old Orchard and it’s not too far from Paradise Park where I could easily meet my family which definitely was a bonus!! It did not disappoint.

Fantastic location and condo

We had a fantastic time staying in this condo! It was very clean and spacious. The location is awesome, steps away from the beach, food, amusement park, arcade, stores. We loved the indoor pool also. It was great to sit on the deck in the evening and watch the waves. The owners are super attentive as well. We had a great vacation and look forward to coming back again.

The property was beautiful, very clean and in the best location possible to be on this beach. Great views of the beach from the balcony.There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, for cooking in if you wanted to. Pauline and her husband were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Very easy check in. We especially found Bill and Dane very personable and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Any staff members we came in contact with were always kind and courteous. We all agreed this would be the place to stay if we come back to OOB.

A very enjoyable stay.

The property was outstanding and the location was perfect for us. However I would check the work of the cleaning crew seeing that we washed the bathroom floor and swept the kitchen area before we unpacked. Nothing major but should be a concern to the management team.

Memories made here....

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at OOB. This property is in the heart of everything and was beautifully maintained. My husband and our twin 10 year old boys made lots of memories here. You are just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Definitely worth every penny, will be booking here again in the future! Thanks for everything!

Nice place to stay

Loved the location. There were a few minor improvements that could be made. The mattresses were fairly old and squeaky. The toaster was partially broken and there were some light bulbs that need replacing. More towels would have been great also! The stay was otherwise great. It was clean, spacious, and best of all on the beach!

It was dirty. Under the sink was filthy, toaster was full of crumbs, cooking dishes were badly scraped and shedding covering , several lights were defective and no overhead lighting. First bad experience with VRBO. If everyone is paying the amount of fees I did someone is getting ripped off. It is our fourth stay in Grand Victorian.

Grand Victorian Unit 209

This was my son and grandson's Xmas present. They were blown away when we pulled up and was right on the beach and next to The Pier and Palace Playland. My only fault was the refrigerator ice and water dispenser's weren't working. Showed having beach chairs and towels but we always bring our own and didn't find them there anyway. The boys want to go back again next year.

Oh no on the ice maker, we were never told. I wish you would have said something. Beach towels and-chairs are not added. Reason: most towels always get left on the beach when they are not the renters. Chairs are brought and left in the car because the parking spot is right on the beach. I wish you would have reached out to me. We live on the beach and are a-text or call away and have always met all renters needs. Come back!!

Old Orchard Beach Condo

The condo was so very nice and much more spacious than we expected. Sitting on the deck we could watch the ocean waves come in. Very close (easy walking distance) to restaurants and a few places for adult beverages!

Family Beach Week

We rented this property for a week for a nice beach vacation. The location is perfect. It is steps from the beach, pier, restaurants, Palace Playland. Very clean and everything was as described. We would definitely rent here again in the future!

Amazing experience

I don't even know where to begin. Pauline was such an amazing host. My sisters and I needed to be in Maine to help with our ailing parents. Pauline accommodated us in a very trying time. Her help and empathy meant the world to us. On top of that the place is clean, the appliances are updated and the condo is in a great location (the beach is a few hundred feet away). We had one issue with the AC. Pauline jumped on it and had the maintenance staff take care of it within hours. She even showed up to make sure it was taken care of. We had a wonderful time with family in a perfect home away from home.

By far, our best week in OOB

I have to say, we had a fantastic time. This was my 2nd year staying at an oceanfront property after staying on the outskirts since the late 80’s. This was by far the cleanest, best decorated and fully furnished unit I’ve ever been in. Pauline and her husband were quick to communicate, and made us feel right at home. I’m a little bias off the deck, it’s roomy, and gets a great breeze all day. Plus, unlike most of the other units, it’s completely in shade after 8am. The room was large enough for the 7 of us and we never once felt crowded, 5 adults and 2 seventeen year olds. The only negative was on my part, I only booked a week, that will change next year . Thank you Pauline for a great family vacation, see you in 53 weeks . LOL

Staying right on the beach in a clean unit within a well maintained building.

Property was well maintained. Unit was clean and roomy enough for 8 people. Location was right on the beach which made it super convenient. Additional parking was a 7-8 minute walk away. Would be great if additional parking was closer but still not that far away and every lot on OOB is taken. An issue with the fridge arose during our stay, which was caused by an electrical power outage in the OOB area. We contacted the unit owner, they sent a repair man and the fridge was running within a matter of a few hours. Restaurants/entertainment were within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A Great Stay in Old Orchard Beach

We had a wonderful week in Old Orchard Beach! The location was great and just as described! You are right in the heart of all the action on the beach and the pier. Many restaurants, shops and activities within walking distance. Pauline is a very considerate owner and easy to communicate with. Portland, MN is also a short drive away so we were able to go there for more shopping, restaurants, brewery tours, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. One note: this was our first time to Maine and we weren't prepared for the temperature of the ocean. If you're used to beach vacations further south, please take that into consideration. The water is much colder in Maine. Overall a 5 star stay! Thanks!

Beautiful and quiet.

We stayed in another unit a few years ago. This unit is extremely quiet. One room especially that can get very dark as well, which is ideal for sleeping. I liked that there were four beds. We actually split up the boys and girls. Sharing a room with my daughter let both kids fall asleep in their own rooms without interrupting each other. This unit has a great view of the ocean as well. There is a bar table with chairs and lower chairs for relaxing before and after the beach. Big kitchen full of everything I needed and a large living room with a 4K TV that we were able to hook up our Apple TV to. I loved this unit. We will definitely consider renting there again!
