Die gemütliche 45qm Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 3 Personen und befindet sich im vielfach ausgezeichneten 200-Seelen-Ort Langenstadt. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, wobei das ein Zimmer nur durch das andere betreten werden kann, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Mini-Backofen und 2-Platten-Herd, sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Des Weiteren sind Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Parkmöglichkeit und WLAN bereits im Preis enthalten, sowie eine Mikrowelle auf Anfrage. Auch ein Fahrradstellplatz ist vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch direkt am Roten Main mit Badestelle, in zwei ausgebauten Scheunen auf dem Grundstück eines unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, ehemaligen Bauernanwesens. Im Ort gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz und eine Gastwirtschaft mit eigener Metzgerei und Lädchen.

Die Ferienwohnung Roi haben wir für eine Übernachtung genutzt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Würde sagen hier passt das Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Im Garten am Rotmain kann man sich wohlfühlen. Mitten im Ort aber sehr ruhig gelegen.Liegt fast in der Mitte zwischen Bayreuth und Kulmbach. Für eins bis zwei Wochen Urlaub zu empfehlen.
