Our cozy, well-equipped 2.5 room apartment is located in Schwentinental OT Raisdorf and is located a short distance from the train station and the industrial park. The nearest bakery is about 400 m and in the Kiel city center about 8 km. The nearest beach (Mönkeberg) is also about 8 km away. After Laboe about 15 km and to Heidkate, California and Schönberger beach is about 18 km.
Our NR apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached 3-party house. It is 70 square meters and has a FBC incl. Microwave, TK cabinet and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and a washing machine. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x 1.80 m and 1 x 1.40). The apartment has a SW-loggia.
Raisdorf is located about 8 km east of Kiel and has its own train station and a large industrial park (u. Real, Eagle, CB fashion market, Lidl, Aldi, New Yorker, TK-Max, Danish bed storage, shoe Kay, Reno, Bauhaus, u. V. M.) In summer, guests will find fun in the swimming pool (about 800 meters away) with the waterslides.
Our apartment is located near the recreation area Schwentine and the Fördewanderweges (Baltic Sea) with great cycling and hiking trails.

Wir haben uns außerordentlich wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung, sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Ostsee-Park, ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum mit vielerlei Geschäften, befindet sich ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 250 m entfernt. Der Bahnhof im Ort ist in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ebenso ein REWE Supermarkt mit einem sehr guten Bäcker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Eine sehr freundliche Reisegruppe! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts verlief absolut reibungslos und super freundlich. Unsere Ferienwohnung wurde in einem tadellosen, ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand hinterlassen. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sonniger Dachterrasse. Es fehlte an nichts. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen nahe B76, um auf das Ostufer oder das Westufer oder die Innenstadt zu fahren. Supermarkt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Schwentine in wunderschöner Natur. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber!

Schöne Dachgeschosswohnung in Eisenbahnnähe

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben 10 Tage im Hochsommer hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Objekt im Erdgeschoss und waren stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansprechbar aber nie aufdringlich. Die Lage eingepfercht zwischen Eisenbahn und Bundesstraße ist nichts für Lärmempfindliche. Dafür gibt's einen Stellplatz vor der Tür und eines der größten Einkaufsareale, die wir im Norden je gesehen haben, direkt im Ort in 1km Entfernung. Wir haben trotz des Geräuschpegels ganz gut schlafen können. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und im Nebenraum 2 Einzelbetten (plus ein halb-offenes Kinderbett). Außerdem hätte man noch die (zum Sitzen leider etwas unbequeme) Couch im Wohnzimmer zum Doppelbett umklappen können (allerdings hätte es kein 2x2m Laken gegeben). Die Dusche ist super und dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt, ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Leider gibt es keine Badewanne aber das kann man verschmerzen. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Wenn wir etwas anregen dürften, wären es mehr große scharfe Messer, ein Sparschäler, mehr Wassergläser (statt Wein- und Sektgläser) und vor Allem größere Dessert- bzw Müslischalen (die vorhandenen wären vielleicht für eine einzelne Eiskugel ausreichend). Eine große Rühr- bzw Salatschüssel aus Kunststoff und bruchsicheres Kindergeschirr wären auch praktisch gewesen (statt Villeroy und Boch) aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Was wir wirklich vermisst haben, sind Fliegengitter, denn gerade im Dachgeschoss möchte man nachts mal durchlüften ohne sich gleich Mücken und anderes Getier einzuladen. Fazit: Eine Wohnung, in der man es sich mit ein paar kleineren Abstrichen richtig gemütlich machen kann um von hier aus die Ostseeküste zu erkunden (15-20 Min. mit dem Auto). Klare Empfehlung!

Hübsche Unterkunft nahe der Kieler Bucht

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben auch Tipps für Ausflugsziele. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Autolärm der nahegelegenen Bundesstraße und die regelmäßig vorbei fahrene Bahn trüben die Lage ein wenig. Allerdings ist man so in 10 Autominuten in Kiel und hat im Umkreis von bis zu 60 Autominuten diverse familienfreundliche Ausflugsziele. Gerne wieder, wenn uns in die Gegend zieht!

Noch schöner als auf den Fotos

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wir fanden sie in echt noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr schönes Bad und tolle Terrasse. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, auch mit Salz und Pfeffer. Öl durften wir uns von unseren sehr freundlichen Gastgebern leihen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen kurzen Aufenthalt bei Familie Heinrich. Uns hat es während der Zeit an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Schwentinepark war für den Anreisetag perfekt. Auch der Einkauf von Lebensmitteln war fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Unterkunft!

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung ist neu eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (endlich mal genug Geschirr und Besteck!). Sie ist groß genug für bis zu 4 Personen, die auch auf dem großem Balkon Platz haben. Dort sitzt man sehr schön mit Blick ins Grüne. Sehr nützlich auch die Nähe zum Bahnhof: Kiel, Lübeck, Hamburg sind gut mit dem Zug erreichbar. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: die benachbarte Straße ist gut zu hören

Rundum zufrieden

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Komplett saniert und sehr modern eingerichtet. Mir hat besonders gefallen, dass farblich alles aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Sieht sehr geschmackvoll aus. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (und noch mehr). In der nahen Umgebung findet man einen großen Einkaufspark von Lebensmittel bis Kleidung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wildpark, der kostenfrei zugänglich und sehr gepflegt ist. Zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen (mit dem Auto erreichbar). Also die Fewo ist sehr gut gelegen. Vielen Dank auch an die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Gern wieder!
