Welcome to Marina Oak!!! One of the newest beach homes built in Oak Island. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and comfort. A spacious 3 beds and 2 baths home built in 2022 for our family enjoyment and beach gateways, now available to be shared with other wonderful individuals who appreciate a clean, crisp and modern design home featuring many amenities in the quieter side of the island away from the busy side of town but still very close to the beach access.

This modern house features 100% Luxury Vinyl Planking floors throughout (not one inch of carpet), a large 120 sq/ft front porch with Adirondack chairs and a rear white outdoor porcelain patio deck for total enjoyment and entertainment, a backyard gas BBQ grill, a newly built outdoor shower with hot & cold water + seating bench, large driveway parking that will fit 4-5 vehicles, one electrical outlet and water spigot on every exterior corner of the house (very useful to charge a golf cart), modern kitchen with quartz countertops + glass backsplash and quartz island with dual waterfalls and seating for 3, large dining area, very ample living room that spans around the entire front part of the interior space and integrates in an all-open space with the kitchen for maximum entertainment. The master bathroom feels like a spa with a large double vanity and a huge walk-in shower with three different types of shower heads including a rainfall!

We share our favorite beach gear for all to use, like a very large quality cooler on wheels, a wagon with beach tires, Tommy Bahama lightweight folding beach chairs, waveboards and four cruiser bicycles for our guests to effortlessly experience the fun OKI has for all of us.

As architects owners the house was designed with premium features and high quality materials and furnishings because, primarily, this is a beach retreat for the family. So no money was spared to just make it a profitable rental business. For your safety and ours this property features an outdoor security camera installed at the front porch and one in the backyard. This house is a family retreat and is being loved, cared for and shared as such for our guests enjoyment.

The location is ideal for the ones who appreciate being close to the beach shoreline but not in the middle of the commercial activity of the island. There is a walkable access to the beach via the 9th Street overpass or a very short drive (under a mile) to the first beach access at the end of the Middleton bridge road. Oak Island is probably the island where more free public parking is available for non-residents. This was one of the determining factors we considered when choosing a place to build our beach home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure that no food items are left in the house at checkout. All trash from every bin should be disposed of in the outdoor trash bin.
If you're checking out on a Sunday, kindly place the outdoor bin at the curb next to the mailbox before you leave, as trash pickup is on Monday.
Please leave all used towels on the laundry room floor. Return the storage key to the key holder, wipe off any sand from the beach gear, and if you used the cooler, leave the lid open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking anywhere inside the property or by the exterior front porch. If we determine that you have smoked inside a $350.00 fee will be applied.
- No pets allowed - No smoking or pets. If either suspected on property or in the house, ENTIRE deposit could be be forfeited - No events or party
- Please respect the noise curfew for Oak Island which is 11pm - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Top notch place to stay at Oak Island! The house was so neat and had an amazing floor plan, plus it was super clean. Can’t say enough about the oversized shower!!! We enjoyed this location as driving was convenient to both ends of the island, whether we were going to the Point for a day at the beach or picking up take out. Super communicative and kind host!

You know it's a good stay when you are not ready to go home!

Everything you need in a modern, clean vacation home. Nothing is far away in Oak Island! Grocery stores, restaurants, the ocean and beach are all nearby. Then there are the nearby communities and beaches of Shallotte, Ocean Isle, Holden beach and even Wilmington is less than an hour away. Then there are the level and scenic streets to ride your bikes on! A week goes by in a flash.

Great stay

We stayed here with my family of 5. The place is located not to far from the beach and next to bunch of restaurants and stores! The house is only couple of years old and it has everything for your family. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Also the owner has bunch of stuff that he lets you use for the beach like chairs, cooler, toys for kids little stroller with big wheels for the beach and even have bikes to be used to go to the beach or just enjoy them to ride around the block! My family really enjoyed staying here and will stay here again if end up in this area! Would recommend to friends and family!

My wife Lizzie and I are happily married and the parents of two wonderful kids. We do love the beach as a family and traveled a lot around the US and overseas, primarily to "beach" places. Lizzie, originally being from Puerto Rico, has that Caribbean taste that helped shape our characters as a Christian family and with the beach lifestyle we currently enjoy.

Myself, as a Real Estate professional, have the opportunity to deal in many transactions between NC and Florida and, again, primarily focused in waterfront properties.

We are blessed with the opportunity to put all that into practice in this venture of designing, building and now opening the doors of our beach retreat for others to enjoy.

We are both professionals with a strong commitment to family values. And will be truly happy to see other people visiting our place in Oak Island as our guests and feeling it as their other "temporary" home during their stay.
