The well-equipped holiday home with a terrace has a living area of 55sqm and welcomes guests with a comfortable living area, where you can spend comfortable hours by the fireplace on the comfortable sofa and armchairs. A large flat screen TV as well as a music system are available. The dining table invites you to share meals, which you can prepare in the integrated, open-plan kitchenette. Dishwasher, stove with oven and coffee maker, toaster, dishes u. S. W. are sufficiently available. In the ground floor area there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe and a shower room in which a washing machine is housed. The second bedroom with double bed and wardrobe is on the upper floor of the house as well as the second bathroom with bath. For children cot and high chair are available in the non-smoking house. A generous parking space is reserved for your car at the house. Bread delivery service on request. Shops are in the vicinity. Pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
