Our condo is inside the Summerhouse Beach and Racquet Club, which offers many amenities including a club house with deck, a fitness room, basketball court, tennis and pickle ball courts, picnic area with grills, and a children’s play area. This condo complex is located next to Matanzas Fort National Monument and across the street from the hiking trails of the Southeast Coast Waterway Park. Our condo is within a short drive to St Augustine with its historic fort, lighthouse, fun shopping, Ghost tours, Red Trolley, Old Towne shopping and great restaurants.
