About this property

Oceanview, Pool Side, Townhome

This 1200 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished townhome is in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, conveniently located near the beach's shops and restaurants and less than 6 miles from downtown St. Augustine. The property has 2 swimming pools (one is heated in the winter) and private boardwalk beach access.

The first floor of the unit features a private 1-car attached garage with full size washer and dryer, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and a patio with a table and chairs.

The second floor of the unit features the two bedrooms and the second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, lots of closet space, a TV (with cable) and a private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet, a TV (for game systems, no cable) and a private deck.

All towels and linens are furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, Crock Pot and Keurig coffee maker. A charcoal grill is also available for use.

The unit also has WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player (in the living room), games/puzzles, beach chairs and beach toys.

We do not allow smoking or pets.

Less than a mile (approximately 2 minutes) from the community is Anastasia Plaza with retailers such as Publix, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Chinese take-out, Sea Oats Cafe, and several other restaurants and shops.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Location was great and the overall rental experience was top notch. The owner reached out multiple times to check on us to see if we had any questions on the area and provided us a couple of spots we visited that we loved. Perfect location, nice stay

We have vacationed in St. Augustine as a family for the past 5 years. We tried this property for the first time, and we plan to keep returning. The location is perfect, the community is nice and secure, and the beach is SO close. Highly recommend this unit and beach condo community.

Wonderful Vacation Location

We stayed for 6 weeks, the location was great, the community was quiet, safe and friendly. Drew was easy to work with and quick with suggestions of events to attend and restaurants to visit. The proximity of the pool, easy walk to the beach (Gopher Tortoises to see in the dunes) and several walkable restaurants made our 1st visit to St. Augustine most enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway place

Great place! The beach is a few steps away and close to everything else! The pool is a plus, right outside your door. The place is well kept and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. Overall had a great experience!
