The space
The property has been recently custom remodeled with lots of attention to detail.

INSIDE
Upon entering the property, you'll find a nice entryway. Immediately to the left, there is the great room, dining room, and kitchen. To the right, you'll find a full bath and three bedrooms.

The great room is open and faces the the view of the city with a large comfortable couch and SmartTV. It's also the room with immediate access to the covered patio with BBQ and view of the city.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to cook a great meal, and it's perfect for hanging out with the barstools on the island.

Just off the kitchen is a more formal dining space surrounded by large mature houseplants and access to the back yard.

The main bedroom suite is a masterpiece! A very comfortable King Size bed, a sitee, and desk and chair make the main bedroom the perfect getaway space.

The master bathroom is very spa-like with a large vessel style soaker tub, a roomy shower, and dual vanity with lots of natural light from the skylight.

OUTSIDE
