Great 3 bedroom apartment - Narrenstadt Dülken for max. 5 people
Our approximately 50 square meter apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living / dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. The small kitchen includes a hob, microwave and everything you need: toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and much more.
A dining table and a comfortable sofa bed, an IP TV TV (FireTV Stick with Netflix - Optional Sky access) are also located in the living-dining room.
Living room
One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) with comfortable mattresses and IP TV. In the other bedroom there are two single beds (90x200) and a height-adjustable desk (ideal for business people) with a 32 "monitor (optionally available as a TV) with HDMI cable connection. The bathroom has great features with corner shower. Optionally, there is a sofa bed and IP-TV in the living-dining room.
The top floor apartment is located in our two-family house, where we host as the hostess upstairs my dad the ground floor of the house. The private entrance to the apartment can be reached via the staircase. For questions or problems, we are always available.

Extensive green areas, opportunities for walking, jogging, fitness path, playgrounds # Borussia Mönchengladbach Football Stadium - Borussia Park: only 12 km away # Clip 'n Climb Niederrhein (climbing gym) and swimming pool only 1 km (within walking distance) # supermarkets , Fast food, bakery and the beautiful old town with great restaurants and pubs are in the immediate vicinity.

Also ideal for commuters / business people (office) with a great connection. You can reach us via the A61: 30 minutes (38km) to Dusseldorf and only 11 minutes (12km) to the Mönchengladbach Nordpark (Borussia Park). A parking space for your car and / or bicycles are available directly in front of the house in the quiet 30s zone. Also, the station Dülken is only 400m away and within walking distance.
