Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and windows, and check the yard gates are also latched close.
Turn off the lights, ceiling fan, TV, thermostat, gas stove, water faucets. Leave clothes washer machine door propped open. Remove used coffee ground from the coffee maker. Remove leftover food.
Leave the garage door key fob on the kitchen countertop before departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Providing copy of driver license to host is required for every booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if not provided.

Lovely, roomy retreat

My husband and I have rented many nice vacation homes over the years, and this one is at the top of our best-of lists: best house overall, best kitchen, nicest yard (with plenty of room for dogs), quietest, most relaxing, and best host (good communication and right amount of attention). Just a lovely space and experience.

This was our second stay at this property and we are going to go back when we return to Sacramento ( if it’s possible). It’s like staying at a friend’s house. Everything is close by: Trader Joe’s, Raley’s supermarket and restaurants all nearby. Easy freeway access too. Love the house and Hanh is always open to answering any questions.

Perfect location, beautiful home

Hahn was a pleasure to work with the entire time from booking to checking out. Home has easy access to I80 so it was perfect for all the locations we needed to visit throughout the greater Sac area, Davis, Napa, even SF. Home is very well appointed and decorated. Appreciated the spices and cooking oil. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.
