OUR PROPERTY:
This property features a a living room with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, a sunroom with a ping pong table, and a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture, perfect to hang out with family or friends.
The four spacious and comfortable bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and ample clothing storage. The primary bedroom includes a working space and your own TV.
The fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for kids or pets to play safely, making it an ideal spot for both fun and relaxation. Enjoy dinner time with family under the warm California evenings.
Close enough to the action: 20 minutes to Downtown Sacramento and 15 minutes to Historic Folsom, Folsom Lake, and the American River Parkway— Enjoy easy access to parks, restaurants, groceries, and everyday needs. Areas like the Capital Village and Barrel District offer shops, dining, breweries, and local art events.
