Thank you for considering our Marco Island home, nicknamed “Out of Office”, as your next family/friend’s vacation! We certainly understand the stresses that go along with everyday life and are glad you are looking to get away on beautiful Marco Island. It has gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and delicious restaurants!

Our home is in the heart of Marco Island and is less than a mile from the beaches the island has to offer. It’s a two-minute walk to several great restaurants and shopping, including Joey’s, Sami’s, Doreen’s, Thai Sushi, and much more!
Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that totals over 1600 sq ft. We have a king primary suite that opens to the expansive pool area. It has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for our young guests featuring two bunks and a trundle bed. All the bedrooms have USB ports and Outlets easily accessible for all the electronics that come along.

The second bathroom has a tub, and shower, and features double sinks. All bedrooms and living spaces (including the lanai) have smart TVs to watch your favorite shows or sporting events. The kitchen has all new appliances, a bar with three stools, and all the amenities that are needed to cook your favorite meal or make your favorite vacation cocktail. Our living room provides ample space for family and friends to gather on the large, comfortable couch after a long day on the beach or exploring the island. The dining room offers a large dining table and features 3 sliding glass doors that fully open to an expansive screened-in lanai with outdoor seating, a dining area, and a heated pool! This house is about enjoying the best indoor/outdoor living!

Sit back and relax and enjoy watching your favorite sporting event on the outdoor TV or simply relax with a glass of wine under the stars. We also have plenty of board games and DVDs if you need to step back in time and get away from the phones or keep the kids busy.
If you want to head to the beach, you have your choice of beaches that are less than a mile away. Head over to the beautiful Tigertail Beach or you can head down to one of the public beach access points for Marco Beach. Tigertail offers a secluded beach setting that sits amid nature as you travel through a shallow bay of water and over to the clear turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Marco Beach is just as beautiful and offers an expansive beach and all the water sports you would want while on vacation. We have 7 beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler, a spike ball, and sand toys for you to have a fun-filled day at the beach!

Cameras: We have two cameras on the property. One is the doorbell at the front door and the other is in the garage on the opener. Both are used to monitor the property while it’s vacant.
