Enjoy Marco Islands endless water views either from your covered patio area overlooking the electric heated pool, from your screened sundeck or the open sundeck just 5 steps away from the boat dock. Go fishing, boating, beachcombing or relax in the sun. The beach is in walking distance. The open sun terrace, seawall and boat dock have just been finished and add great value for outdoor activities and to enjoy Florida’s sun. Take advantage of the heated pool or barbequing with friends and family. The home has a two-car garage with 2 single garage doors.
