It is a large holiday home within a holiday complex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room, anteroom with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and covered breakfast terrace. The equipment includes a dining room with a large dining table, bathrooms with shower or bath, large TV and small additional TV (cable connection with the reception of all common German channels), living room with sofa and cozy corner, all bedrooms with double beds (if necessary, we can set up a cot) , large sun terrace and ideal for 6 people. A bedroom is with an extra large bed (cozy world) (specially built with a stable base, 3 large mattresses 90cmx200cm were placed on it) Children and young people love this bedroom. A little getting used to for older adults, but the other beds are also intended for these guests.

This holiday complex is a lovely, tasteful holiday complex, where every guest can also find a quiet place to relax. The house is fully furnished with living room, bedroom, kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers or bathtubs. In the complex there are two pools with pool showers, sun loungers, covered parking, 2 permanently installed grill systems and several sun terraces. The facility is constantly looked after by a couple of administrators, who are always available to help and advise the guests. The public areas are partly monitored by video for security. It is ideal for families with children during the holiday season and an ideal retreat for pensioners outside the holiday season. The region has a particularly good climate. The shopping center, restaurants, clinics, pharmacies, small shops such as boutiques and souvenir shops are all within walking distance of the complex.

ATTENTION for our foreign guest TV programs are received via satellite systems. The countries in which there are only TV programs, mainly via antennas or pay TV, usually only receive a few standard programs. In consideration of other house guests, we expressly point out that they can of course also receive visitors (please inform our managers beforehand), however, the pools are only intended for our guests.
