Lovely air con family villa, Private pool only 30 minutes from Alicante airport

VILLA OASIS Our beautiful 3 bed 2 bathroom villa is ideal for a family of 6. Situated in urb Oasis a small unspoilt village just a few miles inland from the lovely sandy beaches of La Marina. Only 5 minutes walk away you will find the urbanisation of La Marina which offers bars, restaurants, English supermarket and banking facilities. The property stands in its own grounds with orange, pear & lemon trees, barbeque area and superb private pool where you can enjoy leisurely afternoons on the shaded patio and if it gets too hot step inside to fully air conditioned accommodation.

If its beaches you are looking for you have some of Spain's finest closeby - La Marina (10 mins), Guardamar (10 mins), Santa Pola (15 mins), Torrevieja (25 mins), La Zenia (40 mins). If its golf your after Costa Blanca have some of the finest courses in Spain and we are told there are 30 courses within 1 hours drive of the villa. 4 Star courses that are well know Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomar are only 25 minutes away.

With plenty to explore Torrevieja is well worth a visit. The old town with its attractive marina, port and nautical club has a warm and welcoming ambience and will appeal to those who look for a relaxing pace of life in true Spanish style. The shops, markets, bars & restaurants cater for all tastes. The palm tree lined promenade transforms into a bustling market on summer evenings. Nearby is a large and exciting Aqua park, ideal for children and adults alike. There are many other beautiful places like this to visit during your stay picturesque villages, long sandy beaches and beautiful marinas. We highly recommend Cabo Roig and San Pedro to name but a few!

The villa is equipped with all the home comforts you would expect. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven hob & grill, microwave, kettle, air fryer, toaster, Dolche Gusto coffee machine, Nutri Bullet, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser. Ironing facilities in fact everything you need if you decide to just relax and eat at the villa.

The Lounge is comfortably furnished with reclining sofa's. For your entertainment there is a Portable bluetooth sound system and Smart TV which is logged into Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ with 'Villa Guest' profiles for you to use and enjoy. The Villa enjoys very fast Broadband internet access (over 150mbps) which is complimentary subject to a fair use policy.

The bedrooms are individually furnished and all have Air- conditioning units installed. All beds have clean bedding and all guests are allocated a beach towel and a bathroom towel.

Booking Notes:
Departure clean and linen is included @ £110 per booking
Additional mid holiday clean is available which needs to be arranged with us before commencement of your holiday at a cost of £80.
25% booking deposit (only refunded if cancellation over 90 days before rental commencement) required with the balance due 6 weeks ahead of arrival.

Security deposit of £200 payable with your balance to offset in part or full any breakages or damage to property (refundable within 7 days on satisfactory inspection by cleaning company)

Owners Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel at least 90 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 90 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Any refund for cancellation 30 days or less before check-in date is purely at the discretion of the owners.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are normally Saturday but may be flexible. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am unless otherwise agreed.

Flexibility out of season for weekend breaks is available.
