The small holiday cottage has approximately 50 square metres of ground-floor living space, as well as a quaint sleeping area under the roof for the young at heart (a cosy double bed in the sloped ceiling with a view of the lake through the skylight; please note: low ceiling height and access via a space-saving staircase).
The holiday home has been furnished to a high standard with great care and boasts an exceptional location. The lakeshore is just one metre away from the cottage. The garden area features several lovingly furnished seating areas located directly on the shore. On the private dock, there is a seating area for up to 6 people.
The holiday home is equipped with electric floor heating and two additional electric radiators, making it suitable for use from April through October. The sauna is located inside the house and comfortably accommodates 4 people. You also have a direct view of the lake from the sauna.
The dining and living area is very bright and offers an extraordinary view of the water. It feels as if you’re almost sitting in the lake.
The living/sleeping area is furnished with a high-quality double bed and also offers a view of the lake from the bed.
The kitchen is small but was completely renovated in January 2026. It meets all the necessary requirements for a holiday stay, featuring a dishwasher, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave/mini-oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.
The bathroom includes a toilet, a sink, a shower, and a towel warmer, and was also furnished with new fixtures in 2026.
A carport parking space is available on the property. An additional parking space would be possible.
Energy costs, to the extent they are not covered by the balcony power plant installed in 2026, are paid by the guest directly to the landlord. The metre reading is documented. The cost is 42 cents per kWh consumed,
