Our newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath boasts an amazing view in our screened in porch overlooking the bay of Siesta Key. Enjoy some Prosecco or a cocktail and unwind with your loved ones or friends. The condo has just been freshly painted in soothing neutral colors, new floors and light fixtures, it’s outfitted in a blend of vintage and modern furniture, and has all new stainless steel appliances-quartz countertops.Just bring your bags, as we are fully stocked with all new bedding, towels, and kitchen ware. The condo complex has 2 heated pools on a gated patio. There are 3 outdoor grills for cooking steaks or your fresh catch of the day. We have a work out room and community room with billiards, a library and games. We are a five minute walk to the Siesta Key beach ( rated #1. Beach in USA), five minute drive to the “Village, where you can get everything from coffee, restaurants and night life, a five minute drive over the bridge into Sarasota and a twenty five minute drive from the airport. Come experience your own “Slice of Paradise”!
