By booking this home, all guests must agree to the following House Rules. Thanks in advance for taking a quick second to acknowledge them.

1. If you are a local resident, please reach out to us before booking is confirmed.

2. Check-in at 4pm. Check-out is any time before 11am.

3. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

4. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Out of respect for the neighbors, guests acknowledges to keep noise to a minimum from 9pm-9am. Violations after our initial warning may result in removal from the property. We are located in a residential family community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people.

5. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. There will be a $200 charge per day if this rule is not followed.

6. No pets allowed.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

8. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damages caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

9. . Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.

10. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras. However, for your privacy and comfort, there are no cameras facing the pool area or inside the home.
