Welcome to your beautiful family-friendly home in sunny Gilbert, Arizona! Located in a desirable south Gilbert neighborhood within 7 minutes to Mesa Gateway (Allegiant Airlines) airport, 35 minutes to Sky Harbor airport. The upscale San Tan Mall, many golf courses, spas, award winning restaurants, movie theaters, parks, Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, 202 San Tan Freeway and lots of shopping! All just minutes from your door!

This 2 story 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home includes spacious living areas and an open floor plan. This 3400+ sf home sleeps 12 and has a crib and a toddler bed upon request. The large kitchen features ample counter space and is fully stocked for cooking big meals.

There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds (all with very comfortable mattresses) and 2 brand new quality sleeper sofa's. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. The grand Master Suite offers a sitting room with a treadmill and a sofa hide-away bed for additional sleeping accommodations. There is a large en suite Master Bathroom with a His-and-Hers vanity, shower and a separate garden tub.

The backyard features a private fenced in pool (Heating the pool is an extra charge ) with a rock waterfall. The kids will love to run on the large grassy area and play in the play house. Enjoy the outdoor grill and grand patio for your BBQ's and soaking in some beautiful Arizona weather!
