The apartment was built in 2021, so it's super new and it has all the amenities of modern living, well-secured , located on the 3rd floor, with elevator, balcony & BBQ. There're two shops at the bottom of the building: a luxury French pastry shop, and an organic fruit and veggie store. There's also a grocery store, a pharmacy and a few restaurants at 2mins walk.
The RER metro station ia @ 5mins walk > directly to the CDG airport > or directly to the center of Paris (5mins ride to Gare du Nord, or10mins ride to Chatelet-Les Halles), the National Stadium Stade de France is 10mins walk, where you can see football matches and concerts.
