The suite in absolute calm is composed of a living room with a real bed (which I can replace with a sofa) and a bedroom on the courtyard side. Private bathrooms-WC. EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION in the very popular 1st arrondissement of Paris. At the foot of the building are a multitude of restaurants, cafes, shops, museums and art galleries, as well as most of the metro and RER train lines serving the whole of Greater Paris,.

The area is very lively, there is always something going on, but the suite is ABSOLUTELY QUIET thanks to its double-glazing and its silent courtyard.

This is an INDEPENDENT suite that is part of my apartment, but I never go in: you will be home alone and only you will have your keys.
If you prefer not to have to walk through my apartment, you can enter through a second door that is totally private.

The suite has everything you need to have your breakfasts and heat your meals (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge).

You have your own bathroom and toilet. Washing machine / dryer available.

The part you rent is 38 m2 (409 ft2): check that it suits you.

I will be your neighbour and will be able to help you if necessary (to orient you, book a restaurant, a taxi, etc.) and advise you.

COMFORT & REFINED DESIGN

- 2 beds of 1.60 metres with very comfortable mattresses (category reserved for luxury hotels). Linen provided.

- An air conditioner in the living room which, when the door is open, perfectly cools the bedroom on the courtyard side.

- Chic and contemporary decoration, which preserves the charm of the old; an attic space under the roof offering a typical Parisian experience.

- Large screen LED TV (international channels), unlimited very high speed internet.

- Various equipment to facilitate your stay: crockery, bottle opener, hairdryer and smoother, fan, iron and ironing board...

- Heating diffusing comfortable heat in all rooms in winter.

A pleasant bar that can be used as a workspace.

POSSIBILITY OF SLEEPING FOR 5 or 6 PEOPLE
I can provide on prior request, for an additional cost:
- a 3rd bedroom with queen size bed and air conditioning, adjoining the suite and my office (bringing the bed to 6 people);
- or a basic mattress on the floor for a child or young person (15€/ day).

On request:
- Dumbbells and weights, yoga mats
- Sun lounger to sunbathe
- Books and games for adults or children

If the suite is free before or after your arrival, I allow early arrivals or late departures. If it is not free, you can drop off your luggage at my place (if I am in Paris). Several luggage storage facilities can be found within a 5-minute walk.

You will get a 10% discount on Galeries Lafayette activities: cooking classes, macaroon classes, Ferrandi courses.

It is possible to organise additional cleaning during your stay for 45€ per visit, by booking 1 or 2 days before.

Note that being in front of the church, you will have the bells ringing every hour from 8am: charm guaranteed!
