An extravagant view with easy access to the Umpqua River! This cozy cabin is surrounded by majestic Redwood & Cedar trees. Fall/Winter Steelhead & Salmon fishing with year-round Bass fishing. A great relief from the city life! Relax in the sunroom or enjoy the 4-person hot tub/jacuzzi room. Both rooms overlook the river. The wildlife scenery is spectacular, with eagles swooping down to collect their fish dinner, or watching geese teach valuable lessons to their little ones.

Perfect Getaway in the Forest, on the River

This property is beautiful, and right on the river. The home is well equipped with a cabin-feel and was just what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time enjoying in the breathtaking views and relaxing in the spa, watching the birds fly and the river flow. We can't wait to come back!

Oh, that river!

Location, location, location! The house is great, but we spent all our time down by the river watching eagles, hawks, and fishing. This is a great place to stay!

Fabulous views

House is pretty amazing! Kitchen needs a few more items to make it function well( suggest chef and butcher knives, definitely bowls, hot pads, as musts). Location is great for fishing, relaxing, visiting wineries and just kicking back. We had a great stay.

Return to Roseburg

Amazing property with easy access to Hubbard creek. Listing was accurate and able to house 5 adults and a dog with plenty of space. Wifi was a little spotty but no big deal.

Juan and his guests were very clean people and followed the rules of the home. They had clean dishes done and the laundry in the basement ready to be washed. I would love to have them there again.

October weekend

Beautiful location, wonderful enclosed porch with a separate jacuzzi room. Center room and kitchen were comfortable and fireplace easy to use. Bedrooms could use some more furniture and be a bit more welcoming. Bathroom fans need repair or replacement. Very clean, easy to find and access.

Bring rubber gloves!

Previous reviews to the contrary, this property was NOT clean! We encountered trash on the floors, food on the counters and encrusted on the potholders, hair stuck to the bathmat, toothpaste on the mirror, spider webs, and dust deep enough to write in. In addition, the WiFi did not work as advertised and the bed was not a king but two twins pushed together -- without a bed bridge to hold them in place. On the plus side, the kitchen was very well stocked and the location is fabulous -- which made the lack of cleanliness even more disappointing.
