The new, small and fine apartment house "Apartklusiv-Kaltenbach" is located next to the valley station Hochzillertal and redefines winter enjoyment and summer recreation from the winter of 2018/19.

The apartments were built in alpine-modern style. Particular attention has been paid to the use of high quality natural materials. Wooden elements provide a distinctive cosiness, design and architecture for lunacy. The highest quality is offered by the exclusive boxspring beds. Accessibility and allergy-friendliness are further cornerstones of the integrated concept. A lift leads to all floors.

The Zillertal Golf Course is just 4.6 km from the Appartementhaus. Lovingly created bathing lakes and swimming pools are within a radius of 15 km. Adrenaline junkies ensure unforgettable moments in canyoning, rafting, tandem flight, flying fox and many more activities.
In winter, the athlete's heart beats faster: skiers and snowboarders enjoy themselves in the attached Hochzillertal ski area (89.7 km of slopes) or in the surrounding ski areas, such as the Zillertal Arena, Mayrhofener Bergbahnen or the Hintertuxer Glacier. Also for sled fans, cross-country skiers, ice skaters and winter hikers there are a variety of options. State-certified mountain and ski guides allow sporting experiences in the untouched nature - for example, during freeriding or ski touring.
