Large apartment: sunny, bright and quiet - modern - with a great view

Our 145m2 apartment is extremely spacious and offers plenty of space and freedom of movement. 8 adults and 2 children can enjoy a comfortable holiday there without getting on their feet - perfect for large families or a group of friends. After 22:00, however, no loud parties are not permitted.
In the four bedrooms you will find a total of 3 double beds, two bunk beds and cots. There is also a cozy sofa seating area in one of the rooms.
There are two bathrooms: the large, bright bathroom has a corner bath for a bubble bath for two, a shower, toilet and double sinks with large mirrors. Even the small bathroom is conveniently equipped with toilet, shower and sink.
In the kitchen 10 comfortably can take at the long table space and a leisurely breakfast or a social evening is no obstacle. The kitchen has all the comforts such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and even a big screen TV for common evenings.

Bright and sunny: Thanks to the many windows and the large windows the apartment is very bright. Already with views of the mountains, enjoy breakfast with the freshly delivered bread from the local baker. Or let the day with a cold beer or a hot wine relax on the balcony. In summer, watch as the sun slowly sets behind the Zillertal mountains.

Great views of the mountains: The house sits on a hill and scores with a great view. The balcony faces south and west and offers a fantastic view of the Zillertal mountains and the surrounding nature.

Children: We like to have children in the house! We provide free cot, high chair and toys for your little ones are available. In the garden there is a large sandpit, trampoline and a football goal. Only when the children feel right at home, it is a relaxing vacation for the parents.

3 televisions
In the kitchen and in two bedrooms we have installed for you SAT TV devices. So you can tailor finish off with a movie, news or entertainment the evening without having to argue with your fellow travelers to the remote control. ;-)

Ski Urlaub für eine Woche

Wir waren zu sechs Personen in der sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei, es gibt viele Kuchenutensilien und eine gute Ausstattung mit verschiedenen Möbeln. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der rundum laufende Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht.

War schön

Die Lage des Hauses ist weiter oben. Wir hatten zwar keinen Schnee, aber wenn auf der Straße Schnee liegt sollte man bei dem steilen Berg lieber Schneeketten dabei haben. In der Wohnung hat es keinen Backofen, aber einen Toaster und eine Microwelle mit Grillfunktion. Die Küche ist sehr sauber gehalten. Die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Bad ist sauber und schimmelfrei. Fernseher hat es mehr als genug. Man kann Mayrhofen zu Fuß erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr Idyllisch und zu Silvester hat man eine gute Sicht über Mayrhofen.

Super genoten van dit mooie appartement

We hebben enorm genoten van dit mooie appartement dicht bij Mayrhofen. Sabine en Stefan zijn ontzettend aardig en toegankelijk, en bereid local tips te geven over de omgeving. Het appartement is veel ruimer dan op de foto’s te zien is, en was brandschoon! Handdoeken en bedlinnen waren in overvloed aanwezig. Kortom super genoten!

Zeer nette en ruime woning. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Binnen 5 min rijden sta je bij de gondel Mayrnhoven. Ook Kaltenbach, Gerlos en Zell zijn prima te bereiken. Eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en zorgt voor alles. Een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad. Een aanrader!

Groot, schoon huis! Rustige omgeving

Hele fijne week gehad in deze woning! Met z'n 5en wellicht aan de ruime kant. Heerlijk dicht bij de skiliften! Enig min puntje wat ik zou kunnen verzinnen is geen verwarmt hok voor de skispullen. Verder een top huis met een top verhuurster!

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und zwei Babys. Ein Hochstuhl und ein Babybett waren da, sowie genügend Platz um ein Laufgitter aufzustellen. Im großen Bad haben wir improvisiert und einen kleinen Tisch als Wickelplatz hineingestellt. Somit hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist modern und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge und das Tal. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Sonne, da der Balkon um das Haus herum geht. Da das Haus recht weit oben auf dem Berg steht, ist ein Kinderwagen nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert. Es sei denn man fährt mit dem Auto und nimmt ihn mit oder man ist sportlich und nutz es als Training. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen, sowohl ohne Kinder als auch mit. Für Gruppen super geeignet. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben uns stets gute Tips geben können. Der Brötchenservice war ebenfalls top. Alles war unproblematisch und einfach zu regeln.
