Hi Tye, I value all your suggestions, and our listing describe everything about the property in detail. I feel sorry that you didn’t have time to read them, and we never heard about these issues during your stay. Please don’t lie. I don’t know whom you called or where you sent the message, but I never received a message or call from you after your check in, either by phone or through the VRBO app. I answered a couple of messages when you booking our property in app. I also sent three messages through the app about you check in: one was two days before your check-in date, one on the second day asking if you needed anything to make your stay more comfortable, and one on the third day to remind you of the check-out time. You never responded to any of them. My phone still keeps all messages and missed call information from last year, and I didn’t see any messages or calls from you. I didn’t see a single word from you in the VRBO app either. As a host, I am very confident about the service we provide, I am not afraid to solve any problems if we can communicate first and we are still learning about the different needs of our guests. I still haven’t figured out where your bad mood is coming from. I just hope we can provide our best service during your stay, not after you check out. Sometimes I feel powerless as a host. We just hope and pray that we never have to host this type of guest again. We hope to avoid the drama and lies that make us feel so powerless.
