In the centre of Schwalenberg, on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 500 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 150 m2 with lawn and flowers. Terrace (25 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 20 m, bus stop "Mengersenstrasse" 300 m, railway station "Schieder" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Hermannsdenkmal Detmold 25 km, Deutsche Märchenstrasse 500 m, Externsteine Horn 20 km, Porzellanmanufaktur Fürstenberg 32 km, Künstlerkolonie Schwalenberg 500 m, Westfälisches Freilichtmuseum Detmold 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Hiking paths: Burgenstieg 500 m. Please note: car recommended. The homeowner is an avid beer brewer who likes to give an insight into the “Schwalenberger Braukunst” to interested holiday guests.
