At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in season A and B a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be returned. Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented, if they are not already included. Please inform us in this regard after the booking, so that we can then recalculate and before your arrival, the sheets and / or towels for you or can be prepared.

Hallo Herr Schröter, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Wir haben den Geruch des Teppichs aufgrund Ihres Hinweises umgehend kontrolliert. Da in der Ferienwohnung Haustiere erlaubt sind, kann es gegebenenfalls vorkommen, dass sich ein anderer Geruch entwickelt, als in einer haustierfreien Ferienunterkunft. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben zwar keine ungewöhnlichen Gerüche feststellen können, die Teppiche aber trotzdem vorsorglich gegen Geruchsbildung behandelt. Mit herbstlichen Grüßen aus Prerow, Ihr VVR-Team
