The prices of the A season apply at Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve.

When booking 7 nights over Pentecost, the price of the B season applies.

For DEPARTURES on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays in the periods 1. 4. - 31. 10. and 23. 12. - 5. 1. the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%.

When arriving with a pet, an additional CLEANING FEE of EUR 16.00 / pet will be charged. This fee will be added to the remaining amount after the down payment!

In the event of cancellation after conclusion of the booking contract, a SORNOGUE FEE of EUR 56.00 will be charged. This cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid and the deposit still to be refunded will be transferred back.

Bed linen (10 € / person) and towels (7 € / person) can be rented. Please let us know after completing the booking, so that we can still calculate and the bed linen and / or towels can be obtained for you before your arrival.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula lies between Rostock and Stralsund.
You can reach Prerow via the B 105, Löbnitz junction then towards Barth or Altheide junction, then via the Bäderstraße. Prerow is very centrally located and offers next to the white sandy beach a lot of excursions, for B. to the sea museum, Ozeaneum, water park "Hanse Dom" in Stralsund, to the bird park Marlow, Karls adventure village in Rövershagen and much more .. Cranes can be seen in spring and autumn. The surrounding area invites to long bike tours.

Tolle OG-Wohnung weit vom Nordstrand

Sehr saubere Wohnung in neuem Haus im ersten Stockwerk, nur die steile Zugangstreppe zu der Wohnung war verdreckt mit Sand und anscheinend seit Anfang der Saison nicht gereinigt. Es besteht in diese Wohnung keine Möglichkeit ein Fahrrad aufzubewahren und die Stelle unter der Treppe kann besetzt sein. Draußen ist nachts bei dem Haus stockdunkel und es gibt keine Beleuchtung. Es gibt hier einen sehr neugierigen Nachbar, der beobachtet einen durch das Toilettenfenster (gleich Toiletten Rollo hoch machen). Entfernung zum Nordstrand ist sehr weit und wird Fahrrad empfohlen.

Hübsche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren von der Wohnung begeistert. Sie war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber ausreichend. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war bei Bezug nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Die Fußböden waren nur besenrein und nicht gewischt, die Toilette war nur oberflächlich sauber. Auch die Fenster haben von außen sehr lange keinen Putzlappen gesehen. Hier gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial.

Tolle Unterkunft, liebevoll eingerichtet.

Tolle, geräumige Ferienwohnung, mit Top-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Selbst an eine Kinder-Spiel-Ecke ist gedacht. So fällt einem auch an Regentagen das Dach nicht auf den Kopf.

Alles wie erwartet..

Check in war absolut problemlos. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet wie erwartet. Kleines Problem mit der Heizung wurde sofort behoben. Super Kommunikation. Einzig der Schließer von der Hauseingangstür müsste eventuell umgedreht / oder leichtgängiger gemacht werden. Wenn morgens jemand das Haus verlässt und nicht mit dem Schlüssel geschlossen wird, knallt die Tür so laut , dass man davon wach wird. Sonst alles sehr schön und ruhig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Punkt Abzug bei Sauberkeit da das Geschirr von unseren Vorgängern nicht sauber hinterlassen wurde

Schöne eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Leider war das Geschirr vom Vorgänger nicht richtig sauber und das Internet machte Schwierigkeiten.
